We are enthusiastic and inspired! It is common knowledge that church structures in L.A. are deteriorating under the weight of low membership, neglected because of lack of funds.

But there are possible solutions arising which could produce future income for churches, alleviating the strain on their budgets and allowing for renovation of buildings. It is called “co-work spaces.” GOOGLE IT!

Little-used spaces, such as classrooms and meeting rooms can be renovated and rented out to small companies or entrepreneurs sometimes working out of their homes. This innovative idea is already being implemented with great success in some United Methodist Churches in southern California.

These images show potential co-work spaces and campus surroundings designed to attract business renters to the facility. Interactive, intimate, safe.
